ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation at a variety of price ranges is provided through the ESOC 2009 Registration Service (Orgit Ltd). Special accommodation rates are available in the hotels and guest houses listed below. The rates indicated are per room per night inclusive of full breakfast, service charges and tax. In all hotels, the rates for single and double rooms are the same: The rates for double rooms relate to an occupation by 2 persons. The budget accommodation in guest houses is reserved only for students (other participants are not eligible to book accommodation there).
Due to a limited number of rooms reserved by the ESOC 2009 Registration Service (Orgit Ltd), accommodation will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Provided any hotel is overbooked, the organisers keep their rights to offer a different but comparable accommodation regarding the rate and distance to the symposium venue. Once the budget accommodation in guest houses is overbooked, further low-cost alternatives will not be offered. Reservations received after April 30, 2009 will be processed but adequate accommodation and special symposium rates cannot be guaranteed.
For the reservation, please fill in the on-line Accommodation Booking Form. If you encounter any difficulties with the on-line accommodation booking, please send an e-mail to info@esoc2009.com and you will be advised on how to proceed.
Participants are kindly requested to settle the full accommodation payment in advance and in complete. Upon receipt of the Accommodation Booking Form, the ESOC 2009 Registration Service (Orgit Ltd) will send you a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to make the payment. Payment should then be completed within the due date indicated on the invoice.

Pension Marna Guest House
Pension Marna is a guest house of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, located in a residential area. To reach the symposium venue, a ca 35 minute journey by public transport is required. Only double rooms are available but single use is possible. Each room has its own en-suite facilities, TV, fridge and telephone.
Price per room and night (incl. breakfast): EUR 40 for single room, EUR 55 for double room.
