Sponsorship Opportunities at ESOC 2009
General Sponsorship

Platinum sponsors' logos will appear on all conference materials. Platinum and gold sponsors will be entitled to a free one-page advertisement in the Proceedings and their logos/posters will be displayed prominently in the conference venue during the ESOC (other options are negotiable).All sponsors will appear on the official list displayed on the ESOC web pages and selected conference materials.
Sponsorship of Particular Events or Programme Items
The event/item of choice will be officially named after the sponsor (e.g. "XY Lecture", "XY Welcome Mixer" etc.):

Exhibition
The number of exhibition booths will be available in several halls of the Municipal House (see the list of locations). Refreshment during coffee breaks and lunches will be served in these halls so a very high visibility for all the participants is guaranteed.
The full price for a booth including two free registrations, the booth with a table and two chairs, electricity plug and internet connection, lunches and refreshment during coffee breaks, the exhibition catalogue and guard service during the night:

*) According to the registration fee for students estimated in 2008.
