Academic/Student/Industry affiliated registration fee includes:
- Access to all sessions of the Scientific Programme and Exhibitions
- Symposium bag, Programme and Book of Abstracts
- Certificate of Attendance
- Welcome Party on Sunday July 12
- Lunches on Monday July 13, Tuesday July 14 and Thursday July 16
- Refreshment during Coffee Breaks
- Refreshment during Poster Sessions on Monday July 13 and Tuesday July 14
- Option to purchase tickets for Symposium Dinner and Excursions

Accompanying person registration fee includes:
- Access to Opening Ceremony and Keynote Lecture on Sunday July 12
- Welcome Party on Sunday July 12
- Symposium Dinner on Wednesday July 15
- Access to Closing Ceremony on Thursday July 16
- Option to purchase tickets for Excursions

Registration for Participation

All participants are kindly asked to register before April 30, 2009.
Important: The submission of a paper DOES NOT substitute registration for symposium participation.

To register your participation, please fill in the on-line Registration Form
After entering your personal data, you will receive a personal password which will enable you to access your user pages as required.
If you have already received a password and have access to your user pages then please click on the "Registration Form" button. After filling it in, the invoice for the registration fee will be generated immediately upon pressing the “Review of Invoices” button. Please follow the payment instructions given there.
If you have any difficulties with the on-line Registration Form, please send an e-mail to info@esoc2009.com and you will be immediately advised on how to proceed.

The Registration Desk will be open on the first floor of the Municipal House Concert Hall & Exhibition Centre (Náměstí Republiky Square, Prague historical centre):

Identification Badges

Every symposium participant and accompanying person will receive their name badge on registration at the symposium. All attendees are asked to wear the badge during the Scientific Programme as well as Social Programme events. The badge is not transferable.
