A Welcome Party

The Welcome Party including a glass of wine and refreshments will take place in the Municipal House Concert Hall & Exhibition Centre, at the Smetana Hall and adjacent premises on Sunday July 12, 2009, 19:30 - 21:30.
• Free for registered participants and accompanying persons

Symposium Gala Dinner

The symposium dinner will take place at the historical Břevnov Monastery, the oldest (founded in 993) monastery in the Czech Republic, on Wednesday July 15, 2009, 19:30 - 23:00.
• Price: EUR 55 for registered participants (meals and drinks included)
• Free for registered accompanying persons

The interiors of the historical Břevnov Monastery have preserved a number of baroque and neo-classical style halls, including the notable Theresian Hall with its magnificent ceiling frescoes.

Transport of participants will be organised from the Municipal House Concert Hall & Exhibition Centre (by buses) but the symposium dinner venue is optionally accessible by public transport.
